Bastards. I don't want to talk about it. Oh, okay yes I do. Well it happened last Monday so I'm over it now. I moved to a new job six months ago and then at the end of the six months probation they've decided to go in a "different direction" and centralise my company up to Birmingham!!
It's no biggie I suppose, since I'm already doing some work "cash in hand" for a friend and have at least seven interviews all set up and two done. I've also been sensible and have a fair whack of cash in the vaults, so it could be a ton worse.
It's just this is the first time this ever happened to me (honest my darling, this has never happened to me before!).
To be honest, it's quite a shock and, even though it was nothing to do with me personally, it's quite the knock to the personal pride thingy (if I had any).
Anyone with similar sackings in their murky past. I know all about the mucky videos you performed in, I just want to know about sackings at this stage. |
