| I Survived My First Training Session! Yes, today i did my very first wrestling training session AND I SURVIVED!
I wasn't expecting to do a whole lot but boy i did.
First, i learnt my basic bumps being back break bump, front break, flip back, roll forward & back roll. The last 3 i couldn't do because my confidence isn't very high at the moment but they said it'll come when i do it more.
Then we did a few basic moves like wristlock, hammerlock, headlock and also the counters of these moves.
Also, i took about 10 chops, learnt how to punch, got scoop slammed, got arm dragged and we did a bit of shoot wrestling too which was fun.
I should hopefully be going back next week if i've not got anything on but i need to get some elbow & arm pads first so i don't nearly break my knee like i did today. |
