Former NFL quarterback Jim McMahon, shown in this police photo released Nov. 9, 2003, was arrested in Santa Rosa County, Fla., on charges of drunken driving after failing a field sobriety test. He had a blood-alcohol level more than three times the legal limit, a Santa Rosa County sheriff's spokesman said. McMahon pleaded no contest in 2004 and was placed on 12 months probation.
