In one of the more anticipated match ups off the preseason, the Steelers toke on a new and improved defensive unit from the Ravens. The Steelers almost came away with the upset in the down pouring rain after the Ravens secondary let two quick TDs on the scoreboard. Sadly the rain would be felt on both teams early as Burres and Daxster both left the game and didn't return (Burrues update is a factured leg).The Ravens would end the half with Kevin Johnson making a nice catch for a TD to bring it to 7 - 14 Steelers.

Jamal Lewis and the Baltimore defense came to life in the second half, Jamal would earn amost 90 yards in the stat sheet of the opening Drive witch Lewis toke over. Gaining first down after first down till finally geting slammed in to the endzone for a TD. but the drama didn't stop there as Maddox would throw and Interception followed by a fumble from Lewis which lead to two punishing sacks from new comer Jason Gildon.

The Ravens would close out the game by another rushing TD from Lewis to close out the game.
