Now that David Beckham is starting his first game in America this Saturday, do you care?
I saw a commerical this morning advertising the Galaxy's first game with Beckham. The song in the background was "Hello, Goodbye." You see a news report in Europe saying Beckham is leaving for America. People are weeping in Europe, kids are taking down his posters, a lonely soccer player in the streets. Then you see the report from America that David is on his way. American fans, in his jerseys, are all happy and cheering, etc.
