Not a supprise at all. I heard back at the begining of the year he was only brought in to build the foundations and then move on. Ideally Real would have wanted Rafa to continue on with Capellos work, but that's unlikely to happen since he seems happy with Liverpool. I don't know much about Bernd Schuster so I can't really comment on if he's the right man or not.
But there is a moral to this story..... If your a Real Madrid manager, never win any trophies, because you will get sacked! |
