If I had to choose one game to watch out of the four, I'd probably choose baseball, simply because it's got a bit of a history behind it, and it's the only game where anything is actually at stake. Following that, I'd go with basketball, just to see a few nice dunks.
Strangely enough, I'd almost certainly rather watch football and/or hockey in any other instance.
