I don't mean to sound presumptuous, but I have to imagine there's a better way to go about this draft. It's expecting a lot from the people who signed up -- many of them not real fantasy veterans, or even big sports fans -- to provide a 14-deep list for every round, AND to be pretty much constantly online (within a 2-hour window, that is), waiting for their pick.
I understand the inconvenience of a live draft, given the different time zones and certain posters' availability during those times -- but it would be a brief inconvenience, and we would get it out of the way quickly. The way you've set up the draft so far, it would be a long, drawn-out inconvenience.
I have a few suggestions, neither of which are perfect. First, we should find out how many managers are overseas, or in equally-non-North-American timezones. If it's only one or two, maybe they just have to suck it up and realize it comes with the territory (kind of like me getting stuck with the 14th pick).
I think a live draft is most ideal, run directly through NFL.com (assuming they do that) or Yahoo! (which is what I've always used, and been happy with) -- schedule it far enough in advance, put thought into choosing a start-time, keep warning people as draft-day approaches.
Otherwise, if you really want to draft via Monk's, some kind of "draft schedule" might work. Like, every pick in the draft is scheduled to begin with, so that the sixth pick of the third round is to take place between 16:00 and 18:00 on June 28th. That way, people at least will have a guarantee when their pick is going to take place, and will be able to PM you a short-list of selections if it so happens that they can't be online then. It's a lot better than constantly having to check in here.
Again, I'm only trying to help, and I'm sorry if it looks like I'm trying to one-up you. I've had a lot of fantasy football experience, and I know the tendencies of this message board (and its past fantasy leagues) pretty well.
