All along we’ve been under the impression that Lenny Wilkens was leading the search to hire a coach and GM, but the Seattle P-I cites a source close to the team who says owner Clay Bennett stripped Lenny of those duties recently and has been doing the search himself on the low. Spurs assistant GM Sam Presti has already been brought in for the GM gig, but there’s still no coach. Rick Carlisle’s name comes up most often, along with P.J.
