| Re: Alpha Dog I just now watched the movie, after reading numerous news articles about the case. I've watched some of the home video's that are available too, showing the kid partying with them on his final days, and seriously almost cried myself.
About the movie, it starts out real strange. But it's based off of a true story, so finding a good starting point is definitely hard. As it progresses, it all comes together to show how it happened. Timberlake is definitely a natural -- the part was played to perfection ... everything about it. The connection between Anton Yelchin (who's a Russian refugee) and Justin Timberlake was amazing. The two were able to really make the whole movie seem right.
At the end, my girlfriend was actually crying, and I wanted to. It's just a tragic series of events, and it's fucking pathetic that there are people out there who will kill others (people not even involved!) for such petty reasons. Well, hell, it's pathetic that people kill at all. |
