It is for Franklin atleast and the fact that Silva is already set to face Nate "The Great" at UFC 73 dosn't help the matters. However I would expect both of there next matches to be against each other assuming that Franklin wins this one with no problems (barring injurys and such). Yushin Okami has now been Confirmed as well (Dmac posted it afew threads down)
