It's called "The Mafia Boss," and it's free to play. Basically you control an organized crime unit, and try to make alot of (fake) money and compete with other players. You can create, join, and attack other familys, create and sell drugs/liquor/money, pimp out prostitutes, equip your men with different weapons. its really cool and definatly worth checking out.
