One that shoots to mind would be Shelton benjamin vs HBK from Raw 05 in the Gold Rush Tournament. Also Edge vs HBK in the streefight was decent.
Brock Lesnar vs Angle - Ironman on SmackDown
HHH vs Benoit Ironman match
There are others just too lazy right now.
