I'll give you a quick catchup to the ending of "Roxbury":
Will Ferrell's character enlists in the army, and befriends a black guy named Bubba. They end up getting deployed and Bubba dies in action. However, Will's character carries on his memory by creating a shrimp fishing company.
Chris Kattan's character purchases a ticket to go on a luxurious cruise vacation across the Atlantic. He falls in love quickly with a well-off woman, even though her rich mother can't stand him. The ship ends up hitting an iceberg, and the ship goes under. Sadly, Chris's character doesn't make it.
They really tied up the loose ends quite well by the end of it all. If I remember right, that movie even got a bunch of awards as well. |
