You went from $11.50 to $12.98 based on an hourly rate, but now you can be held late at work or work on holidays without pay.
Be careful with salary sometimes......
Congrats though. Its nice to be making that when you are only 19. I think I was making 6 bucks an hour at that age. Granted it was 1994 haha.
