I think people just like finding patterns where there are none. There are thousands and thousands of wrestlers, and almost all of them die at a normal age. So I don't think it's really out of control.
Those were nice tribute videos.
It also makes you think about the bad luck that struck the Von Erich family. 3 of them (Michael, Kerry and Chris) committed suicide, and another (David) died of a heart attack from ruptered intestines at the age of 26 (with rumors that he was about to win the the NWA Title from Ric Flair). The only one the Fritz Von Erich's (who died of natural causes at a very old age) sons who is still alive is Kevin. |
