Not much here beside he has a lot to fix. His job will not be easy once the off season starts to heat up because he needs to find a RB, WR and some defenders. It should be a hard job and task. But he does seem like he has the potential to do so, we'll see.
BTW, since I'm a Dallas fan, I hope he Fails.
