naked. sometimes on my right side, sometimes on my stomach w/ my right arm under my head. I roll back and forth a lot. one pillow. one cat. and 2 or 3 nights a week, one giant. when he's over, I usually sleep spooned style.
I also sleep w/ my mouth open, but I don't drool and snoring is very rare.
