Hm, been a long long (did I mention long) time since I've had to deal with this, but I think I'm pretty educated in the subject. IMO, you wait. Don't get me wrong, there's alot of girls / women that can handle break ups, and jump right into another relationship, but to play it safe, and to make sure she isn't just dating you to replace a void from the breakup. She may need a break from guys in general just to clear her thoughts. Give it a little time, maybe let her know you are interested in her, but want to give her that time before going full steam ahead and trying to make it a relationship between you and her...
