Yeah, I think it's Boston's way of saving face. It can be a little embarrassing thatthey overreacted so much to a cartoon character.
At the same time, I will give them credit for going all-out on the suspicion of terrorist activity. If it had been an actual threat, they probably would have done a good job of keeping the city safe. Kudos to them for that. |
