Personally I don't believe in Valentines day, why do somethign special on an assigned day of the year, I find that doing something special out of the blue is that much more special, plus this is just another hallmark holiday like Mothers Day or Fathers Day, and you could call Easter one as well considering no one cares about the death of christ it seems.
Therefore if I for some reason receive a card I will take it politily then burn it or smoke it, I never give cards and I always make sure I am not in a relationship aruond this time of year as I know many women enjoy being treated like a goddess on this day and it pisses me off bc of the standards one must live up to that is why I live by Alfie's rules of loves. |
