Ford's in bad shape, but they'll be able to pull through. GM was in a similar position last year, and they're pulling through now. At the end of this restructuring though, it's going to be amazing to see how little of Ford is left in the USA. From a few articles, they were talking about significantly downsizing their USA presence, so I wouldn't be surprised to see a number of Ford dealers switching to makes like Kia, Toyota or Nissan.
I'm a Dodge guy though -- fuck Ford.
