Like Dak said, find out if the room is supposed to be a smoke-free room. Otherwise, I hate to say this but I would think the landlords hands are tied. If it's legal for her to smoke in that room by the landlords laws, TECHNICALLY she is allowed to. This is not to say she should do it because obviously that's unfair to you.
I'm just playing Devil's Advocate here, but I don't know how much the landlord is going to do for you, because all he cares about (probably) is getting a check every month.. |
