1. Michael Bisping - Hailing from Liverpool England, yes we haven't gotten to see much of him in the UFC but I have seen a few of his fight back in the kingdom with Cage Rage. Winning the ultimate fighter has to give him some leverage on proving just how good he is and if it wasn't for those damn visa problems, he may have had many fights already but all we have now is to look forward to his next.
2. Brandon Vera - Many people are simply dubbing him as a rookie who is getting to big for his boots but in my opinion his attitute is warranting how good he has been. He hasn't really beaten anyone good yet though unless you count an out of shape washed up Frank Mir, but I am absolutely sure that he will.
3. Diego Sanchez - A fighter who is far beyond deserving a title shot, he has been due one for a very long time and I don't know who else he has to beat to prove that he deserves one. He has torn straight through the welterweight division of the roster and left nothing in his wake. If everything is right, he should be getting a shot at the welterweight champ very soon, whoever it may be. |
