| Opening an E-Fed
We tried this once with the merger and we failed to get it going with all of the hustle and bustle that was around it. BUt we can try once again to get this going. What the e-fed is for those who don't know....
Each person will create a fantasy wrestler. ( names, looks, primary move set, finisher, gimmick, etc. There would be a template to follow) We would release a card putting your character in a match against other created characters. You would then write a promo against that character (like you see on tv) using your own creative writing skills. Those promos are then graded for creativity, entertainment value, structure, and character development by a committe. The highger grade of those in your match will win the match and a match will be written and posted within a bi-weekly show. (Much like you see wrestling show results posted today.)
What this would require from you... Each character you make would need to have a promo in to me every other week. You would get a card and would have about a week to get the info in to me, so that it could be graded and a match written. I would also be looking for people who would be willing to help write matches each week. People may want to write their own matches week to week and can help some weeks and not others which is fine. When I post the matches I will also post a sign up so you can sign up to write whichever matches you would like. You would not be required to write a match, but I would need help as I can not do it all on my own.
We would need at least 8 people to sing up to get started and then the sky is the limit from there... IF you would be interested in this please reply to this thread. If I get enough replies I will make sure that we get this thing up and going. Remember the length of the promo you would write would be up to you. We grade soley on creativity, entertainment value, structure, and character development... so it doesn't have to be long, but I would ask you not to write anything over 2 pages on Microsoft Word. Please let me know if you are interested.
