| On a side note, I think it's more worrying for people that don't put on weight with a lot of junk food eating.
For those of us that do, the natural way our bodies will then balloon gives us the obvious tell tale signs that we are out of shape and need to do some cardio and get in condition to work off the excess. It's out bodies way of telling us to clean our act up.
For those that eat loads of junk food and don't put on the pounds, it's an open invite for them to continue abusing their bodies. And not in the good way!!
Those companies are bastards anyway for making their food so god damn cheap and tasty (and addictive)!! |
