| I'm not a supporter of Arsenal (a lot of my family are) but jesus I do love 'em to bits. In a world of football where games suffer with completely over the top hyperbole on sky sports and everywhere else. Where the completely mediocre is touted to be so much better than it ever is (hello England national side) Arsenal's football is, for me, always the beacon of light.
Oh sure, they can wobble against limited physical opponents, but it's marvellous to watch them in full flow. Without a shadow of a doubt the best club football side I have ever seen in my short time on this earth(!), though quite possibly a side whose honours will never merit that praise. Strange that! |
