What is a good statute of limitations when it comes to talking about spoilers? I don't mean just for movies, but for things like books and video games as well. How long before it's OK to talk about a spoiler?
It's not OK to say what happens at the end of a movie that cam out a week ago, but I doubt many people would care about something that cae out years ago (Bruce Willis in The Sixth Sense was dead all along, and Aeris dies in Final Fantasy VII). So when is a movie/video game open to being talked about without having to worry about ruining it for other people? |
