Disagree

I think the Seahawks will win it so long as they can keep their starters on the field.

Hasselbeck, Alexander and Jackson have all been banged up pretty good this year and need a rest to get back to full fitness and to get the offense all fired up again. Also I think the Seahawks are still trying to fill the gap left by Steve Hutchinson (who has been pretty shitty this year in Minnesota but he's the only guard people know of so he's Pro Bowl'd) and if they can find a suitable replacement then Seattle will take some beating.

The 49ers have a good chance this year and next but I'm still not sold on Alex Smith and Frank Gore can only do so much. Vernon Davies looks good but needs a bit more time to be a real threat and they need to stop relying on Antonio Bryant for the big plays.

The 49ers are a work in progress for me, give them 3 or 4 years if Alex Smith keeps improving.
