Job offers!

I'm in a really interesting position. One that despite how nice it is, I HATE! In the past two days, I've received two new job offers, to go along with 1 that's "sitting" on the table for about the past two weeks. Don't get me wrong, I love knowing that people want to hire me. But, I'm tempted to take each of these positions, because they're all great jobs no doubt, but I also have a great job now.

Here's a break down of each job;

Current Job: Financial Industry - Cleveland, Ohio
- Inc. 500 Company
- Growth rate over 800% in the past 3 years
- Great corporate culture
- I like the job, and I'm liked at it.
- Close to family and friends.

Job Offer 1: Startup VoIP Company - Houston, Texas
- Backed by one of the largest web hosts world wide.
- Guaranteed great salary, and one of the top management positions
- Working with a former colleague of mine and great friend.
- Management is around my age, some good guys

Job Offer 2: New Hosting Brand - Atlanta, Georgia
- Solid backing by a current web host
- Brand is in a new up and coming market, that'll target large companies
- Don't know much about the owner. Seems like a cool guy though.

Job Offer 3: Vice President/Planning/Growth Guy - New York City, New York
- Smaller web host having some troubles, but still solid foundation
- The most challenging, but gives me the most freedom.
- Would be able to work from home most of the time.
- Lowest salary of them all, but the best spot.

See what I'm talking about! I really want to put myself in a position with a company where I can grow with it. If I found myself in the right company, I don't think I'd ever quit; I'd retire with it. But, what's frustrating is I can't predict the future. I don't know what's going to happen next month at any of these places, so it's really hard to make the decision that I feel is best.
