1st of all, why is Frank Thomas ahead of Bonds on this list? They are both DH's, and Bonds towards the end of the season started to look like the old Barry. Anything remotely close to the old Barry is better then Frank Thomas.

I'm not trying to knock Thomas, he had a great year, and I think it'll be a decent signing for the Jays, but he's not Bonds.

I agree about Aramis Ramirez. He can really hit, but alfonso soriano is a special player. I'm not sure if he's worth all the money, especially when he'll be getting paid around $17M when he's 38-years old, but when you are the Cubs and haven't won in a century (which is literall, not even an exaggeration lol) then I have no problem with overpaying for this type of player.
