Dak is American because his parents had him here and live here now.
Bulldog is a Brit because he parents had him in the jolly good UK.
If Dak lived in Europe his whole life he would hate America.
If Bulldog grew up in New York City, he would be rocking a New York Yankees hat and would be as blissfully ignorant as the rest of us Americans.

I have a little wrestling analogy for you Brits and Canucks.
America = WWE
UK + Canada = TNA
The WWE doesn't worry about what TNA is doing 24/7 and basically continues to move right along as if TNA doesnt even exist. Meanwhile TNA takes shots at WWE almost weekly, yet can't leave its tiny little arena in Universal Studios, has trouble keeping guys under contract, or paid while Vince and the boys travel the entire US and Canada making millions.
Worry about your own shit, then come talk to "us"
