For those playing at home, thats the title of William Regal's "auto"biography. I was just wondering if anybody here has read it and what their thoughts were on it.

Ive found a shop in my city where they sell all of the WWE books (Edge's, Flair's (urrgh), Triple H's workout, Are we there yet?, See No Evil novel, Kane Novel, Lita, Hardyz, Regal and more). I already bought and read Edge's and now im thinking of getting Regal's. Only problem is that his has a ghost writer and im just wondering if that affects the books quality?
