I ask my JVN'ers to boycott Circuit City.

I've decided they suck. After them screwing up again, I just sent them this heartfelt message;

Quote:
I'm going to start off by saying, I've never dealt with a company as MORONIC as you guys. AWFUL! PATHETIC MORONS! That's all that comes into my head when I think of Circuit City right at the moment. Perhaps it's because after today you've proven you're absolutely incompent at almost every task. First off, the shopping experience there was terrible, having to deal with some idiot who barely spoke English. At least stick him in the back or something, where he doesn't deal with customers. I can get over that though.

Here's where my real beef starts. First off, for some reason Circuit City refuses to activate my card, yet I've called in numerous times. Today I just tried and got denied after dealing with one of your represenatives. I would identify them, but geez, for some reason you guys don't have your reps do that when you call in. Perhaps it's because you don't want us to identify them? Probably. Best Buy represenatives do. Poor comparison though. Best Buy, a company that actually cares about it's image, and try's to provide the customer with a good shopping experience. Circuit City, who just sucks. Now, here's where my story starts though. I called in to try and activate my card again. For some reason the automated system failed again (Big Suprise!), and I was directed to the person I described above. Anyhow, I was given a multiple choice test to try and pass it. This is the problem, you outsource your staff to absolute morons who barely speak English. Even if she did provide right answers, I could barely understand her. So she starts giving me the test, calling me "Tracy." Sorry, but my name is Terrance or Terry. Not even close to Tracy? First question is something simple. Then she asks me where I own property. Mahoning County, Huron County, Lake County and something else. Okay, not so bad, I own in Lake County. I'm assuming I got that question right. Then I was asked which car I recently purchased. She gave me the list of a 1985 Cadillac El Dorado (which I laughed about. People still have those? C'mon!), and then 2 other cars, then a 2001 BMW. I bought an 2001 BMW, so I'm assuming that was the right answer as well. Then she asks me which car I lease or rent(What, since when do you rent a car long term?). I don't lease any cars, and since I just pulled my credit report, I know there isn't anything on there about leasing a car. Anyhow, she gave me a 1996 Pontiac Grand Pricks (yes, she said Pricks, not Prix) another option and then a 1999 BMW. Uh oh... what do I do, none of those are the right answer? I owned a 1997 Grand Prix a year ago, and I have a 2001 BMW. I chose the 2000 BMW. I guess that wasn't the right answer. I further tried to solve the problem only to be met with someone who apparently couldn't help me. I'm sorry I told your rep to fuck off.

Here's the 2nd part of my problem. I'm trying to pay my bill, but for whatever reason your system won't let me with the bank account I chose. The balance goes down to $0.00, but then magically it re-appears at $177. Now, it could be an error on my end, but the "ING Direct" bank account that I'm trying to use, works for my student loans, my AMEX card and my Chase Visa card. Doesn't work for Circuit City though. That's okay though, I can pay with my another bank account. But it'd be real nice if you could tell me that the transaction didn't go through. You know, communication is to a successful relationship, right? I really don't expect to receive an answer since Circuit City has already proven to me that they're incompetent, and could give a shit less about the customer.

Have a nice day. I hope you go out of business soon.
