This is one thing I always say about President Bush when people say he is stupid: He doesn't have to be the smartest person in the country to be President as long as he surronds himself with some of the smartest people in the country.
I think he did that in his first term when he had Colin Powell, Condeleeza Rice, and Karen Hughes to name a few.
