Coppell is a god.

He even did right by your club though you're all too blind to see it. He took the job there, but very quickly realised he was the wrong man for it so he left. He was only there a couple of weeks so his presence had no effect on your season. Would you rather he'd stayed there, been unhappy, probably done a bad job because of it and just taken the money (bear in mind being the man he is he just walked out without any compensation, just his salary for those weeks)?

Haven't you had enough managers and players at City that have just been there to take money and bide out their contract? Maybe if you hadn't been so keen to lure a manager from another club (don't forget your first option had been for our manager Dave Bassett and it was only when he turned it down that our Technical Director at the time, Coppell, was offered the job) you would not have suffered the dissapointing result?

Or maybe you're just pissed because he scored so many goals in derby matches against your lot!!!
