Santa Monica, CA and Perth, Australia - January 13, 2006, Inoki Sports Management, Inc. (a member of the National Wrestling Alliance) has joined forces with Australian promotion Explosive Pro Wrestling and is in the process of creating a new company. This relationship is set to commence on February 1, 2006 and the first sanctioned NWA show to take place on February 4, 2006.

Future plans for the venture is to establish an "Inoki style dojo," on-line and television programming and branded tours feature New Japan LA Dojo fighters.
