| Intelligent Design declared unconstitutional?
Well the decision came through today in the Pennsylvania Intelligent Design case. A federal judge said that it resembled Creationism too much to be taught in a Science class and ultimately that is was a constitutional issue. So it looks like at some point in the future the Supreme Court is going to have to tackle this issue.
