genius_penis, you missed the point. The point is above. France or the UK never declared war on Russia.
Yes we all know about the 10 year non-aggression pact. However since when does a non-aggression pact make people allies? It simply means that they will be neutral to each other.
Germany wanting Poland had nothing to do with being hard done by in the Treaty of Versailles. They used that excuse for Czechoslovakia and the Rhine Land.
