Week 10

1. Indianapolis Colts: An obvious choice, if I do say so myself

2. Denver Broncos: As mentioned on another website, it's been over 150 pass attempts since Jake Plummer threw an interception. What is the world coming to???

3. Pittsburgh Steelers: It looks like the Charlie Batch era has come to an end. Let's hope the Roethlisberger era gets back on track soon

4. Cinciannati Bengals: They have three offensive players named "Johnson" and two offensive players named "Perry". Weird...

5. Carolina Panthers: They're probably my favorite team besides the Giants. A defensive team with a power running game, a scrappy reciever, and a QB who's probably just a little bit crazy. And their coach is a former Giants assistant (like most NFL coaches, actually)

6. Seattle Seahawks: They keep on chugging along, and they should continue to at least share the NFC's best record after playing San francisco this week

7. Dallas Cowboys: They really should have lost on Monday night, but Roy Williams took advantage of a terrible coaching decision (throwing with a lead late in the 4th quarter) by Andy Reid.

8. New York Giants: Anytime you put up 21 points, and your defense only allows 3 points, you should win the game. Unfortunately, the special teams unit reared its ugly head, after mostly solid play all season. Still, the defense hasn't allowed an offensive TD in over games, and the offense is the second-highest scoring unit in the NFL

9. Atlanta Falcons: I can understand losing to a Brett Favre led team, but giving up 3 TDs to Samkon Gado? Unacceptable. Michael Vick's 3 fumbles didnt help matters.

10. Jacksonville Jaguars: Very easy schedule the rest of the way...too bad they won't catch the Colts.

11. New England Patriots: Squeaked out a win against Miami this week. This isn't the dominant Patriots team we know and love.

12. San Diego Chargers: They're coming off their bye week with a home meeting against the Bills. If they hope to make the playoffs, these are the kinds of games they have to win. Their division and conference are just too tight to lose any more winnable games.

13. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: I gave KC a big boost last week for showing some balls, and I'll do the same for Tampa, although it looks like Alstott didn't get in on the 2-point conversion at the end. What Jon Gruden really needs to worry about is Cadillac Williams's lack of production since coming back from injury.

14. Kansas City Chiefs: Trent Green laid a total egg this week. Wasted a great performance by Larry Johnson, which helped lessen the sting of Priest Holmes's departure.

15. Chicago Bears: Did anybody see the wind at Soldier Field on Sunday? The first field goal of the game was headed right between the upright, then got caught in a wind gust and pushed about 25 yards to the right. I've never seen anything like it. In pre-game warm-ups, the long-snappers were having trouble getting the ball to go straight. Biggest play of the game was the heads-up play by Nathan Vashir, staying back on a long FG attempt and returning it for a TD

16. Washington Redskins: Hard-fought game against the Bucs. They got screwed by a poor officiating decision.

17. Minnesota Vikings: It looks like they may be getting their stuff together. Then again, the offense didnt realy do much. Still, a win is a win is a win.

18. St. Louis Rams: They should be much better than this. Still, a loss to 7-2 Seattle isn't that bad.

19. Bufalo Bills: They did a good job harrassing Trent Green and forcing mistakes, but the run defense is still a question. Plus, who do they start at QB from here on out? They are only one game out of first place...do they rest their hopes on an inexperienced JP Losman?

20. Miami Dolphins: Ronnie Brown and Ricky Williams could become a great 1-2 punch. They had a chance againat New England, and let it slip out of their hands. If they could get more consistent quarterback play, they would be a contender.

21. Philadelphia Eagles: They really should have won. Andy reid is finally learning what a pass-happy offense can do for you, especially when you're only play-maker through the air is no longer with the team

22. Oakland Raiders: It's been a tough season. It looks like the playoffs are out of the question for this season.

23. Detroit Lions: Very underwhelming team. And Joey Harrington keeps getting chances to prove himself. He needs to put a few consistent weeks together before I'll start believing in him.

24. Cleveland Browns: Braylon Edwards thinks he should get the ball thrown to him more often. And you know what? He's right.

25. Arizona Cardinals: Sigh...I don't think they'll EVER be good

26. Green Bay Packers: Big win agains the team that originally drafted Brett Favre. And, just so nobody forgets, you can't stop Samkon Gado, you can only hope to contain him.

27. New Orleans Saints: I've given them the benefit of the doubt since I started doing this. Honeymoon's over. They suck.

28. Tennessee Titans: Oh, how the mighty have fallen. I guess that's what happens when you ignore the salary cap for a few years.

29. Baltimore Ravens: Anytime you're expecting Kyle Boller to come in and save your season, you know things are bad

30. New York Jets: Chad Pennington is having nightmares of Matt Leinart right now.

31. San Francisco 49ers: Allowing that missed-FG-turned-TD at the end of the first half was basically inexcusable.

32. Houston Texans: Amazingly, they're on pace to break their own record for most sacks allowed in a season. Somehow, they're actually get WORSE as time goes by.
