| No one really stands out as MVP, eh? I had a tough time putting together the poll. I think general consensus right now is Palmer, but he hasn't put it together against a real opponent yet this year. He needs to prove himself against Pittsburgh and Baltimore before he gets his hardware.
Steve Smith is probably most deserving of the MVP, but the fact that he's a WR isn't helping him whatsoever. Even in his best seasons, I don't think Rice ever won it, and I just think it'll take more than numbers like that for Smith to end up with it. Marvin Harrison caught 143 balls one year and didn't register a vote. |
