| I done the whole not clipping the weights then struggling on the last rep and the weight comes off one side then the bar dips on the other side and the weight drops off that side and your wrestling with a bar that weighs nothing from side to side as weights clang and roll everywhere and people come in to see whats wrong and you go soooo red you could cook eggs on your forehead.
Moral of that long sentence "Clip your weights". |
