But the NFL tries to accomodate all the celebrities and business partners by putting it in warm weather locales (usually) or putting it in a dome.
Plus, there are so many Super Bowl related events during the week that they don't want hundreds of thousands of people trying to get around the city in a blizzard or something like that |
