No, please disregard my hatred for Ric Flair whilst reading this, as that is not the spur of this thread. The IC belt has not been used correctly, since Survivor Series 2004.
Why has this been the case you ask? With champions lie Benjamin, Carlito and Flair, it should be assume that the belt has been used well. But there is something that it has been lacking.
Rock vs Triple H
Rock vs Stone Cold
Stone Cold vs Owen Hart
Savage vs Steamboat
and so on........
What i'm trying to say is that WWE needs to get the belt off Flair, put it back on Carlito or Masters (preferably Carlito) and have them fued with Shelton Benjamin for 5-6 months. Make the belt credible and raise these two young stars into Superstars! That's just my opinion |
