NFL Week 2 Simonalysis and Box Scores.

Wow, there were some really weird games this weekend. Lets take a look shall we?

Final1234T
Minnesota (0-2-0) 00088
Cincinnati (2-0-0) «14137337
MIN: D. Culpepper (21-37, 236), T. Taylor (7-75)
CIN: C. Palmer (27-40, 337), C. Johnson (7-139)

Carson Palmer looked like Joe Montana while Dante Culpepper continues to look like Joe Namath when he was shitfaced at MNF a couple years ago. Seriously........I thought Dante couldnt get on the same page as Randy? Turns out he can't live without him. Mike Tice will be looking for a new job soon. Bank on it. Meanwhile Cincy will most likely score at will for the rest of the season baring injuries.

Pittsburgh (2-0-0) «10107027
Houston (0-2-0) 00707
PIT: B. Roethlisberger (14-21, 254), W. Parker (25-111)
HOU: D. Carr (16-26, 167), D. Davis (15-59)

Jeff Fisher of the Titans recently said that the rookie running back Willie Parker is the fastest player he has ever seen on a football field. And he is a running back!??! Looks like The Bus will be decommissioned sooner than later. Big Ben faces a big challenge next week at New England. Perhaps NE will focus too much on Parker and let Big Ben continue his undefeated regular season streak.

Speculation out of Houston is that Offensive Coordinator Chris Palmer is being demoted.

Besides rookie running back Cadillac Williams kicking major ass for the second straight week (Most ever for a rookies first 2 games) this was a complete stinkfest. NEXT !!!!

Chicago (1-1-0) «10210738

Harrington continues to benefit from Jeff Garcia's broken leg. Otherwise he would be watching from the bench instead of coughing up the ball 5 times to the freaking Bears. Thomas Jones exploded for 139 yards on 20 carries. God, I really want Chicago to be good for a change. DA BEARS !!!!!

Final1234T
St. Louis (1-1-0) «737017
Arizona (0-2-0) 333312

I am serious. I would not be able to live in St.Louis and be a Rams fan. Mike Martz is truely the biggest dumbass in the NFL. He challenges the first play of the game and gets it denied like he always does and barely gets out of Arizona with a win. Yeah, you're freaking awesome Martz.

Again, no stats to speak of, no highlights to report. No reason to be concerned about either team at this point.

Final1234T
Cleveland (1-1-0) «766726
Green Bay (0-2-0) 7001724
CLE: T. Dilfer (21-32, 336), B. Edwards (3-107)
GB: B. Favre (32-44, 342), D. Driver (6-105)

So is Favre all done or what? 32 for 44 and 342 passing yards without his top threat?? Ok..........On the other side of the ball, Cleveland is starting to show some Patriot stylings about them. They grinded it out to the very end to save a victory.

Haha, what a couple of powerhouse offenses here huh? Geez, could you get and lamer yesterday Peyton? The Edge saved the day for you gaining all the tough yards that Manning was unable to come up with. These boys better start scoring a hella lot more of they wont get out of the first round come January.

Also Donovan Darius and Byron Leftwich suffered injuries on the field. Neither one of them looked all that comfortable either. Not good news for Jags fans.

Hello San Fran. Its me Philly. I hope you brought your lube, because we are going to fuck your ass hard today. Gaaaaaaaaawd Damn. McNabb and Owens should never talk again if they can continue to play like this. Its was like playing against the practice squad for Philly yesterday. I would hate to be a SF fan. Yikes !!

This game was all about who would make the last mistake, not last good play. Both teams played extremely undisciplined football and came away worse off for playing each other yesterday. Tom Brady had his most ineffictive and unaccurate game I can personally remember. Cory Dillon was getting stuffed all day long because the O-Line was just letting him get buried and the wide reciever dropped balls left and right. Meanwhile both teams had about 5 chances each to score and came away with nothing. Just a stink fest from both teams yesterday. Certainly not the superbowl rematch that everyone hoped for

Final1234T
Atlanta (1-1-0) 0010818
Seattle (1-1-0) «0210021
ATL: M. Vick (11-19, 123), W. Dunn (16-54)
SEA: M. Hasselbeck (20-31, 281), S. Alexander (28-144)

I also didnt see any of this game, but just looking at the box score it looks like Seattle dominated the clock. Dunn only had 16 attempts and Vick 19 attempts?? Those numbers are real low even for Atlantas standards.

Man, Jake Plummer is another guy I cant figure out to save my life. One week he is Hugh Millen the next he is John Elway. Make up your freaking mind Plummer. Your driving everyone crazy with this inconsistency.

Haha !!! Oakland is 0-2. Maybe its just me, but Oakland is the team I love to hate. The are the anti-patriots. All me, me, me guys. Although Randy Moss caught an amazing pass through triple coverage one must ask. "Kerry, are you a dumbass throwing into triple coverage?"

Oakland is a joke.
