| It depends on the child. Some children like to be in a group of serious over achievers, some children like to be a big fish in a smaller pond.
My own eldest daughter could have gone on to a very decent school but before we had to start thinking of how we were going to finance that, she made it very clear she didn't want to go there and wanted to stay with the friends she has.
The question for me was more about how much do you push your children if they could go further in order to sacrifice some of their childhood happiness. |
