Is the Premiership too predictible?

Well Chelsea are odds on to win the Premiership again this year ad the season hasnt even begun, the only teams who have a chance of challenging them are Arsenal, Man Utd and maybe Liverpool, we are seeing the same teams at the top every year, in fact in the past 10 seasons only 6 diffrent teams have finished in the top 3(Chelsea, Man Utd, Arsenal, Liverpool, Newcastle and Leeds) where as years ago we saw diffrent teams up there all the time and even though Liverpool won it most season they would get a diffrent challenge every year, in the Championship theres about 12 teams who realistically hve a chance of going up which I think is good and healthy competition.

Do you guys think this is good for football? And do you see it like this for years to come?
