eh, if it's a free consultation, you might as well go check it out. Then just tell them you wanna think about it before you agree to pay for anything

Then look around and see what free advice you can get. If it doesnt seem adequate for you, and the personal training seems affordable, you can keep that option open.

Although I think it's a waste of money, it doesnt hurt to go hear what they have to say if it won't cost you anything
