it wouldn't be against the constitution to not teach those unscientific theories, what they want is that it would be against the (state) board of education to teach evolution without teaching these nonscientific ones. it would force teachers to cover these theories which are NOT science. it's fine for them to be taught in religion classes or philosophy sure. it's just saying that these NONscientific theories should not be HAVE to be taught in science classes.
you agreed w/ that earlier, that they shouldn't teach creationism and id in science didn't you. it would not be outlawed to mention those nonscientific theories. it just is unneccesary to teach it.
teachers can tell them what creationism and id are, that's fine, but they should not teache it like it is science.
