| I'm against all marriage, you heard me, all of it. marriage is for suckers who don't know how to get out of it.
when we had the vote for gay marriage it was pretty dumb b/c our state constitution already made gay marriage illegal back when we became a state in the mid/late 1800s, so why pass an amendment on something that's already in the constitution. it didnt' make sense, but try telling kansans that.
but there was another part, a part that affected domestic partners.
now I'm not really gay (though I love to look at and degrade woman sexxualy but anways) but what Craig and I have is a domestic partnership b/c neither of us wants to marry. basically said domestic partners could lose their rights as a couple (we basically have a common law marriage here) for ex, I couldn't make decisions regarding Craig's health or life if he was say in a coma, or etc.
so I voted in favor of gay marriage and of domestic partner benefits- it's stupid b/c even if by some insane chance KS voted yes for gay marriage, it still would've been illegal under our constitution. (we're a little ass backwards)
see, I don't understand b/c we all love gay porn, but if those actors were actually married to each other we'd have a problem. (hahaha) |
